We specialize in furnishing vacant properties.   Every detail is covered from furniture to bed linens. We recommend this service to most of our clients. This service is amazingly quick and can be completed within just 1-2 days depending on the size of the home.

Accessories only:

We can make an impact on potential buyers by using art and display items only. No furniture.  An "accessories only" staging is budget friendly while still creating a pleasant atmosphere  using color and design concepts that will make a great impact on potential buyers. 

Consultations:

This service is great for DIY home sellers.  We are happy to spend an hour with you in your home giving you valuable information on what steps you can take to help show your listing at it's very best. Our Fee: $100 due upon arrival. This on site service takes about an hour so please allow enough time when scheduling your appointment.
