Full Stagings

We fully furnish and decorate vacant properties.   Right down to every last important detail.  We recommend this service to most of our clients. This service is amazingly quick and can be completed within just 3-5 days or less depending on the size of the home.

Partial Stagings

We furnish and decorate only certain rooms that we feel will make the most impact on a potential buyer.

Curb Appeal

Many of the homes we stage need curb appeal. We create the perfect street side look using outdoor furniture, seasonal colors, trimming of existing foilage and  add permanent plantings that will help display your home at it's best.  

Accessories only

We can make an impact on potential buyers by using art and display items only. No furniture.  An "accessories only" staging is budget friendly while still creating a pleasant atmosphere  using color and design concepts that will make a great impact on potential buyers. 

Consultations

This service is great for DIY home sellers.  We are happy to spend an hour with you in your home giving you valuable information on what steps you can take to help show your listing at it's very best. Our Fee: $100.00 SCV area only.  If outside the SCV, other fees may apply.
