 Hi Lynne,     I want everyone to know that if they are selling a house and not using you as their stager they are making a big mistake.  You were the best investment for selling my house so quick and for top dollar.  You turned my house into a nice expensive home.  I knew you were going to be a big help but you went above and beyond your call of duties.  What I loved is that you even planted flowers in the front yard and furnished my back yard with sitting areas.  You were very professional and after meeting you I knew I could count on you to make my house beautiful. 

     Before calling you I had a tenant living in the house I was trying to sell.  My house had been listed for 2 months and although I did get a couple of offers they were very, very, low offers.  Mainly from investors thinking I needed to sell.  I got sick of these low offers and decided to make the house more appealing to buyers.  Once the tenant moved out I needed to clean the place up.  Since I know longer live in California I flew down for one week to get the house looking as best as I could.
I decided to paint the inside of the house, install new carpet and put a new garage door and cement walkway in.  This sounds like a lot but the house had been a rental for five years and it was built in 1971 so the garage door and walkway really dated the house.  I could have easily put in another 75 thousand updating the kitchen, installing new windows and doors etc... but this is where I knew that the staging was critical. 
     I knew that by staging a clean house the buyer does not notice all of the other things that need updating.  The furniture really just lets the buyer look at the bones of the house and can easily envision their own furniture in the house.  The staging also helps a lot by making a vacant sad house a home that can be lived in.  The staging is what really set my house apart from the others in my neighborhood. 
     I ended up selling my house three weeks after you staged the house for more money than larger houses sold for in the same neighborhood.  I would definitely recommend you for anyone wanting to sell their house quickly and for a good price.
